Open Positions: 

Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) Drivers Dispatchers Administrative Staff

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care during emergency and non-emergency transports, monitor vital signs, administer basic medical procedures, and ensure patient safety. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care.

Requirements:

Valid EMT certification, CPR certification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Prior experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities while ensuring a comfortable and secure ride. Assist patients with mobility, including entering and exiting the vehicle. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine safety checks.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, compassionate demeanor, and physical ability to assist patients with mobility.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate ambulance routes and schedules for timely patient pickups and drop-offs. Communicate effectively with EMTs, drivers, and medical facilities to ensure efficient operations. Handle emergency calls and provide accurate information to field teams.

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills, experience in dispatch or logistics preferred, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with dispatch software.

Responsibilities:

Manage patient communications, process insurance claims, handle billing and payments, and maintain accurate records. Provide administrative support to management and assist with scheduling and logistics.

Requirements:

Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office), and prior experience in healthcare administration is a plus.
